Through We Initiative, we have created tangible value for women and SMEs putting them under a national spotlight and encouraging their participation in the local economy which has had a remarkable social impact by reaching more than 15,000 SMEs, women and men since 2012.

In addition to the financial offer, the non-financial offer is a unique value proposition that is not for profit for the Bank while it creates a great value to women and entrepreneurs as it puts together the right ecosystem that is a condition to their success.

The Bank has also created a cultural change to instill We Initiative and support women's advancement in a challenging region and has trained its staff to eliminate unconscious bias and a dedicated social media awareness campaign under the theme #shektirmhem tackling controversial subjects and contributing to the elimination of prejudices towards women:
