In fact, what you have become and where you are in your present life can all be traced back to a first cause: the choices you made as a result of your dominating thoughts and attitude.
Attitude is a habit of thought. Who you are is a function of specific choices that you have made. Who you are is not determined by how you look, where you live, or who your parents were. You are where you are and what you are because of the dominating thoughts that occupy your mind.
It’s up to you to take the steps to change your thoughts, your attitude. You don’t have to be controlled by the words that may have been spoken over you as a child, or by the words you continue to speak over yourself or by the people around you.

Rita El Hajj Jreijiri
Rita El Hajj Jreijiri is a psychotherapist, counselor, and coach. Her mission is to bring peace to so many dysfunctional relationships, broken individuals and even stressing business environment. She studied psychology, and she was trained to develop families and couples in Switzerland, Belgium and Lebanon.
Rita’s ministry touched many lives from different generations, such as teens, youth, and adults, and from different denominations, and cultures through workshops, therapy and counseling. She held many conferences in different countries: Egypt, Syria, Iraq, Jordan and Lebanon on the subject of inner healing and building a positive self-image, and she is an LMI certified facilitator focusing on the “Leadership for Woman” program. Rita is married and has two kids.
Ingrid Ch. BOUILLER
Ingrid Bouiller is a speech and language pathologist with 20 years of experience in Beirut and Paris. Throughout the years, Ingrid has devoted her career to improve the function and optimize the gift of communication among her patients, providing proven therapy techniques and inducing positive dramatic impact on their quality of life away from seclusion and isolation.
Currently, Ingrid is an LMI certified facilitator, where she helps women of various backgrounds find the harmony and balance between family and work through the “Leadership For Women” program. In addition, Ingrid has assisted children between the age of 9 and 14 to develop effective study habits and a winning attitude through the “Achieving Academic Success” program.
On weekends, she loves cooking for her family, playing board games with her 2 kids and keeping her hands busy in DIY crafts.
