No matter how minor the idea is, it might be the greatest thing you ever wanted. It may be the idea that offers you all what you need in term of time, money and productivity.
Think about the idea given by any employee and analyze how it could be used for your own company’s benefits. A small idea can be all what you need for your business. Here’s an example:
Most people do not take into consideration the size of the refrigerator and whether it can fit into their house’s door. Therefore, it might be damaged and returned to the warehouse.
In fact, the retailer is spending a lot of money on this lack of attention. Therefore, there must be a solution, like taking measurements and stating it for the client, so that the latter can directly disclose that the measurements do not fit the door’s measurements.
Let’s consider that the salesmen took this idea into consideration, and so did other companies in the same zone. The idea hadn’t made its way to more than 2000 locations; therefore the company wasted this tiny idea with this enormous potential.
The question is whether the company you are working for is capable of generating and developing these small ideas.
