People usually stuff their minds with loads of information to the point that hinders them from remembering most of it. We store our memory with events or ideas that we classify as important or worth-keeping. Sometimes we use it as a reminder for appointments, birthdays, phone calls etc… With all these information in mind that we continuously think about, we always feel like forgetting a very important thing that we are not remembering.
One’s mind is capable to work as a reminder of incomplete tasks. This capability is important, but, nowadays, it might turn instead perplexing and overwhelming. Technology as well might help them store the information on certain free applications on their Smartphone. There are many kinds of reminders that stay with you all the time, but you need a daily one that enables you to review what you captured so that you decide what to do with it. You can use a Google Calendar to remind you of making a review or send you a text message to your cell phone at a certain time at the end of the day until it turns out to become habit. Classify the information and decide which one is to be deleted because it is not useful anymore, which one can be postponed and done later on, which one should be done quickly and which one can be given to another person to do it instead.
All people might forget major or minor details because their mind memory is full. This problem might cause them stress and anxiety no matter how hard they try to escape it. So why would you store such a big amount of information in your mind when you can easily write it down in a booklet, or calendar. Technology provides you with many kinds of reminders, so why would you stuff your mind with data that can be saved on devices. Escape whatever causes you stress because the latter would definitely harm your health.
