Introduction to Six Sigma

1 Credit -15hours- 375$ Starting July 2 till July 16- Monday & Wednesday – From 6:00 till 9:00 pm

Course Description:

The course is about getting the audience comfortable with Six Sigma management. This objective is accomplished by understanding the disciplines, techniques, and tools of Six Sigma. Topics covered include: Essentials of Six Sigma, roles and responsibilities of people involved in Six Sigma, Six Sigma vocabulary, Six Sigma methods, Six Sigma tools, and Six Sigma benefits.

The course provides sufficient knowledge of Six Sigma so that the participant will be able to actively contribute in starting Six Sigma initiatives and work effectively with Six Sigma project teams.
